Watching porn not unlawful

There are certain things which are less controlled by laws and more controlled by our taste,culture and judgement and it's surely one of such things!

So it is our responsibility to decide whether to see or not.Keep away ourself is better.

It is totally based on an individual.He has to decide whether it is lawful or unlawful. :) :)

I too agree that it is the choice of an individual and there is no doubt that it is a pernicious habit!

We can only forbid someone to watch pornography so far as they are minors and under our responsibility ! For thes res, it is simply a matter of personal choice and taste!

The decision by court is not sad. this is apt. Noting is vulgar in private. Is anything between a hsuband and wife vulgar? similarly, what one does while alone or not at a public place, is private and not unlawful. This is what court decided.

I do not like porn and there is no question of visiting such sites. This is not desirable. But as this is lawful in private, those who like this may enjoy but not in public.
