Hello Danish. Are you talking about Community > Creating Group > and members joining your group ?
If Yes, that might be a good idea to increase community points. The more the members in your group bonus community points can be given.

BUT

Community points should not be confused with the Normal points given. And no cash should be given and therefore no necessity for contest.
