Thanks for sharing this Gulshan! It has already been proved that drinking wine in moderation daily is good for heart. Now it has been dioscovered about the added benefits!

But it has to be reiterated that these benefits are only when the wine is taken in moderation, otherwise it will lead to addiction and the harmful side effects of alcoholism.
Oh..Thanks for sharing this information. That may be why the ancient kings used to drink it!!!
Do anybody know the cost of good quality wine?. :) :) :)

I agree to moderation. This is true about everything. But moderation does not mean same quantity to all. For me, two pegs is moderate. For others, it could be three. But I feel, in most of the cases 2-3 pegs will be moderate. One peg is too little for most.
Thanks for sharing this Gulshan. Yes, Wine does have ability to cure certain diseases. so, intake of wine is necessary
Thanks gulshan for sharing the health benefits of wine.........

Aman, if you try to increase your weight by taking wine or beer, all you will get is a beer belly and a lot of fat!
The best and an unbeatable way to gain muscles is only by proper diet and exercise!

As to the cost of a wine bottle, Nagalakshmi it depends upon the brand, the method of wine making and the quality of it! Starting price is Rs. 100 to 3000 - 4000 per bottle!!Even upto Rs. 15000!

I think excessive beer results in obesity. This should be taken only in summers casually. For increasing your weight and strength, better consult a doctor. Proper diet and regular exercise are more necessary.
I think beer has alcoholic content and in some it is higher in rate.So it is not so good.
The list of wine's benefits is long—and getting more surprising all the time. Already well-known as heart healthy, wine is new drug with precious benefit

Beer is okay for those who drink. Others need not begin its use. This is definitely not essential item.
I knew wine is helpful for health, but didn't knew it could beat cancer.
Nagalakshmi I am surprised that cough syrup is enough for you...Actually it has very small amount of acohol..Then what will be your condition if Wine is taken.. :)
