I can not afford modern house so i can not like expensive house if there is less expense than i like modern house otherwise traditional house is ok.

I am more of a person with modern lifestyle though i can not afford it. So i would like a modern house with not many rooms and need not necessarily be spacious as in some traditional houses but should be surrounded by a LOT of greenery.
So it must have a modern look with comforting atmosphere.

I like to have a mixture of both styles in my house. Nowadays houses are becoming more and more expensive in chennai.

Modern house meets current conditions. In view of large population and other land requirements, we need to economize space. The multi storied flats optimise use of space, are more secure, provide common entertainment, park, community services and social life. The old type spacious single storey houses are no longer suitable.
