What are your suggestions ?

1) Minimum pay out limit is going to hike from January 2009.Similarly can the payment amount for each (article,contest winners etc) also be increased ?

Yes Abid. As the minimum payout limit is going to increase, the amount for articles and awards can be increased. I think there was some award named "Member of the month" previously.I read somewhere here that it is removed. That can be brought again.

I think minimum payout limit will be Rs. 2000 from next month. so work hard to reach on Rs. 2000. New year is just coming.

From last 3 months.. I have earned only 650 Rs.. :(
I think it will take me next year to earn 2000... :(

As Meean said , Man of the Month should be reinstalled.

Another suggestion :

Spontaneous prizes should be installed.Based on the performance of a member it may be awarded.Its selection criteria and frequency of distribution need not be disclosed.But others should convince from the award winners performance itself.What you feel friends?

Like Man of the Month how will it be if there is Member of the day ?Will it increase the activities in Boddunan ? Based on that Member of Month may be easy to decide.

I think money should be given on per point basis..
like 10pts or 20 pts =1 re etc

I like the points posted by Abid > Spontaneous prizes and Member of the month. The member of the Day can be given based on participation on all the activities rather than one particular one. Now that would be quiet difficult and intense.

I also agree with Amit for cash for particular number of points which was similar to what they gave for polls.

I think implementing this idea(pay per point) will increase participation of members in all categories.
Because by this every one could earn based on their participation.
(They wont discourage by not winning any award). It will keep every one happy..

I am afraid you are going to increase my work more by adding member of the day etc. I think such daily contests are hard to maintain. And the past contests can be reviewed once again based on the user feedback.

I cannot comment on the minimum payout as it is too early to do so.

Some new features should be introduced... so that members will have more options and much more traffic might generate...

We should concentrate more on attracting traffic rather than trying to grab more cash credits...

You are right.Traffic to site should be increased.I think the home page should be modified totally because the present one is filled with text like a public place (sorry to say).It should be very attractive and all those present now can be given as links.

Writing comments on articles should be given due importance. The comments of 250 words or more may be selected on merit for cash award. At least the best comment in a week should attract an award in cash.

What about best suggestion ? I think the accepted suggestion can be given some point credits and if it is too good can give cash credits also.

It is seen that an adhoc award had implemented recently.It may be a type of spontaneous award as suggested here. Thanks to boddunan team.

Most of the new members are unaware of writing articles and participating in forums.We say them to read FAQ or any post that says about this.Why a mail containing all these be sent to them on registering in Boddunan ?
