I want to know if two member do equal number of comments on a same day..how is the winner choosen..??? :)

On 9th Nov my comments posted are equal to the winners comments so i wanted to know the procedure for choosing the winner..

Thanks for the clarification MAverick...Both Nagalakshmi and ABid are saying one thing only..that why cannt the reward be shared between the tie members like it happened in GD recently...As it is random selection we cannt expect that.. :(
