The Queen is now on Facebook. But before you rush to add her as your friend, you should know - you can't.
Yes, you heard it right, The British Monarchy Facebook page does not allow users to 'friend' the Queen or send her messages. People can instead 'Like' the page and follow all news updates on royal events.
"This is the official Facebook page for the British Monarchy, offering updates on Royal news and events," the profile description reads.
The page went live on Monday, Nov 8 and as of Wednesday, Nov 10, the has over 1,90,000 fans.

Queen can not be wrong. Others can be wrong or right. So how can ordinary mortals be her friends. 'God save the queen. The queen is dead'. But God will not save an ordinary mortal when he is dead. Thus there is nothing similar between queen and her subjects. Let us thank the queen for allowing us to like her page.

In England, king is only figurehead and is neither servant nor master. It was wittingly remarked that ultimately there would be only five kings- Four in playing cards and one in England.
