What are the ingredients of success? I find this quote of Dale Carnegie to be very apt one and I quote :"Flaming enthusiam,backed up by horse sense and persistence,is the quality that most frequently makes for success."

Very nice quote. Dale Carnegie is my favorite. I read his book- How to make friends and influence people. He is a great author and explained very nicely the way to success.

very nice quote....Dale Carnegie is one of my favorite authors too..i have read two of his books "How to make friends and influence people" and Public Speaking for Success...very inspiring one....indeed a great author...
