Human body is unique and thus any pre set formula does not work. It is normally believed that healthy food results in good health. If you believe this, please go through the following link that refutes this common belief.

Apparently, human bodies are not factory made and so same food may not suit every one. An individual is the best judge to decide what suits them. If you eat what is unsuitable, you will some difficulty. Experience will tell what suits and what not. Personally, milk does not suit me though many drink this regularly.

Neetu- According to Menaka Gandhi, animal milk is not good for us. She says no animal drinks milk of another specie. This is unnatural. There was a recent research according to which excessive intake of milk may cause prostrate cancer.
Vegetables and fruit are best for us. Fish and chicken are also good among non veg food.
However, all food items are not equally good for all. That is what this thread is about.

Curd is healthier than milk. Curd contains many bacteria that are good for human body. It is, however, correct to say that food requirement and affect on human bodies are not same. Our experience in taking different dishes tells us what suits us. As you sneeze when you take milk and curd, these do not suit you.

Actually tobacco is 'natural,' yet Not Good! Arsenic is also natural, and definitely Not Good!" It is obvious that these things are not good for us (yet some people still choose to smoke).
What may not be as obvious is that fructose, a "natural" sugar found in fruit can be just as harmful when not used correctly: too much at once, with sugar added, any and all fruit juices, late at night before bed, and even throughout the day unless paired with a substantial amount of protein.
