Let us look to the quote of a true legendary leader,Dr. Nelson Mandela,to understand what leadership is all about and I quote:"It's better to lead from behind and to put others in front,especially when you celebrate victory when nice things occur.You take the front line when ther is danger.Then people will appreciate your leadership." No elaboration is needed!

I believe that leadership is something leading strongly in the front with full power ,having concentration to achieve goal.

Dr. Nelson Mandela's concept of leadership is very superb. A true leader is one who takes lead in critical times and takes backseat in normal times. This is very different from unscrupulous leaders who do not really lead but just echo the peoples mood for their petty gains and follow populist policy irrespective of genuine public interest.
