Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani's new 27-storey Mumbai skyscraper likely sets a record as the world's most expensive residential home, according to ‘Forbes’ magazine.

  :silly:   :silly:

"India's richest man, and the fourth-richest man in the world, has eschewed understatement," the magazine said reporting Ambani's plans to move into the 570-foot building, called Antila, this month.

Perhaps Mukesh Ambani is in 'Shajehan's time as regards personal life style though as Industrailaist he is in 21st century.
I like the comparison you have used Gulshan!! He is no doubt projecting himself as a royal personage from bygone eras!!!

Personally, I feel its a shame!!
I think he and his brother both are projecting themselves ...where as no one adopted the style of their father...who was such a simple man..
You are right Rajani... Dhirubhai Ambani was a very simple man.
But his sons started with a fight between them and now with these hypes. :)
Both the brothers are getting into show-offs....
when each of them has got so much then why are they fighting for more?
Warrent Buffet the legendary investor and one of the richest persons still stays in the same house he bought at $31,500 and thinks about donating a part of his riches and Mukesh - the upstart rich.....!!!!His networth is 50 billion USD!!

This is the pix of his modest famous house!
It is a very valuable point brought up here. Both Mukesh and Anil failed to follow his father. :( :(
It has been reported that President of India lives in the costliest house and not Mukesh Ambani. See the report.

i fully agree with rajani. both brothers have not adopted the living of their father who was very simple man. but in both the cases, both of them are also right. there are two sides of a single coin. they choose to move the life further to such extent which dhirubhai have dreamed of.

Dhirubhai was entirely self made man. He was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth. This explains difference between him and his sons.

Anil Ambani is racing with his elder brother to make the most expensive house.
