Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport has won the British Construction Industry Award (BCIA), for the the Best International Project (International Category) at a function held in London on Oct 14.

A note about British Construction Industry Award (BCIA)

The British Construction Industry Awards seek to recognize outstanding achievement in the construction of buildings, engineering design,delivery to time,budget, and client satisfaction. :) :)

It's somewhat paradoxical that we win this kind of prestigious award but the quality of most of our civil work of public works departments do not conform to the highest standards!
