Pratibha the BPO employee, who was raped and murdered by cab driver verdict atlast given...But her mother speaks that she can not get her daughter back with the compensation.please see the link..

Yes, @Rajani,
Prathibha's murder was very pity. Its really a strong cautious and an essential alarm of BPO female employees. However now a days female employees of various BPO f.m employees are not taking precautions to avoid like instants.Every one must be alert their self.

This case is really dragging since 2005.Prathiba's mother should get justice.No matter whether it is a rare case or not,the criminal should be sentenced to death. :(

I too hope that he should get death sentences but as the case too so many year to get a verdict,i wonder how many more years her mother need to wait..it is really very painful to read her words.. :(

Five years after BPO employee Prathibha Srikanthamurthy was raped and murdered, a fast track court sentenced taxi driver Shiva Kumar to "life imprisonment till death" for the heinous crime here on Friday.

The 11th Fast Track Court (FTC) Judge B V Guddali spared him the noose but sentenced him to imprisonment for life till death for murder.
