DEFINITION OF LOVE??

Love is deep emotional attachment between any two individuals. In extreme cases, even individual identies are merged. Usually, opposite gender attracts. so love has physical aspect also. There is no such thing as spiritual love. all love is physical though emanating from individual minds.

I think Love in simple terms is liking someone more than yourself !
Does that make any sense ?

Yes Anusha. It makes a lot of sense. Liking some one more than yourself means that you are deeply involved emotionally with that peson. This is certainly love.

Love is feeling and it increase when you live more with any thing if you like increase with them then you love increase and love has no limitation no boundary.

Its depends upon you how you go in deeps.

Thanks Gulshan Kumar. Even i was thinking about what was love and stuff, then that was what struck me. I think everyone loves themselves. They give first preference to what they want to eat, what they want to buy etc. But that time if you want to sacrifice those things to spend the money to buy something for some other person, it means you are giving more importance to that person than yourself.

This is just an example. Love can be expressed in million ways.

One more example for love. Let's say iam not feeling well and wish to take rest. I hear that somebody i love very much is admitted in hospital. When i hear that, i will forget my illness completely and go to hospital to see that person. This is also one way of expressing love

Sathish- We need money in whatever we do. So money is first love. I think the love you are taliking about is a sort of past time. But real love means deep emotional integration of identities.

Love is everything it's cracked up to be. That's why people are so cynical about it...It really is worth fighting for, risking everything for. And the trouble is, if you don't risk everything, you risk even more.

I think humans learnt the meaning of love from Mother that she gives to her child... All other types of love were discovered later
