IP address block prolonged for a week !!!

My IP address had been blocked a week ago.Being a public place I am not able to reset modem frequently.Hence after reading article and polls I am not able to post my comments.Still I had put some comments on recent days from another place where I can use it only for a few time.As I keep logged in almost 6 hours at day time and goes through almost all articles , it is sorry not able to post a single comment for last one week during this time.Remember I am losing chance to participate in top commenter of the day contest.(The block came when I typed a fresh comment and posted it!!!!I suspect the software is doing something wrong)
