Parameters to check purity of honey
Pure honey does not dissolve in water immediately.
Pure honey smells good. It freezes in winter and liquefies in summers.
Cotton bud dipped in pure honey keeps burning.
Pure honey does not stain paper and cloth.
Pure honey is transparent. Dogs will never eat it.
Pure honey does not spread when dropped on a plate whereas an impure one will.

Honey has many additional values present in it. So it is advices to use Honey instead of Sugar.
