First of all why should you show such feelings which are not in generate by your mind or heart...I think fake will always be fake and showing such feelings is just insulting yourself...

And as i dont show fake feelings on anyone i cannt suggest you any methods..

It's not the adjectival use rather as verb! It's not fake feelings rather faking your true feelings!
