There are lot more ways to generate revenue when we think in a constructive way. Issuing license wine shops and casinos is not the right way to generate revenue. :) :)

As i already mentioned the money earned by a person in gambling is the money lost by other.

It's obvious enough because of its dangerous nature it is only aloowed once in a year!!!
