Students also have a stress when exams come.. In my opinion daily meditation is the preventive and also curative measure for stress..
In my opinion, coming out of stress could be possible by doing some exercises
or by doing Yoga & Meditation. Meditation keeps your mind fresh and yoga keeps
your body in relaxed manner and fit.
Stress implies overload on one's mental or physical capacity. It is necessary to assess one's capacit/ efficiency and undertake study/ job accordingly. Often stress occurs from bad time planning. If one performs work or study according to time schedule on steady basis last moment stress isavoidable. Many are stressed even for simple thing like getting a train on time. This happens because one suddenly rushes at nick of time instead of doing early. Also stress may arise from certain difficult problems- domestic or official. Instead of panicking, it is advisable to cooly find out solution, if necessary with help from friends or experts.
When our expectation as well as others expectation about us goes beyond limit stress comes to play.So the best method is expect the worst and relax when gets best.
he best remedy is- do not chew more than you can digest. If you assume responsibility only within your physical and mental capacity, there will be no stress. Secondly, delegation of responsibility can reduce stress.
