Links in new tab !!

i think it will be better if the links we click appear in a new tab..

Example if we click an ad here .. the present window is taking us to the ad..

Thus we will loose the visitor from our page..

So, it will be better if links like ads are made to open in a new tab..

I request moderators attention in it... !!
