How to create a web site?

Use Dreamweaver or get some free templates from internet and edit them accordingly to your needs.
If you don't get any resources then I can give you some free links.

Its very easy to design a web site if you set your goal first. First you need to answer these simple questions..

1) what is the purpose of the site ?
2) who are the visitors of your site ?
3) how much profit you want to make ?
4) whether you want to create a static webpage or dynamic ?
5) whether you want the visitors to add information ?
6) what programming skills you have ?
7) reliability of the web hosting company ?

Hey, creating website is little bit difficult,but once you created means it will become easy.

Use frontpage for the design of your site.In MS Frontpage no programming required,just click and drag the items.It will be easy.

Otherswise goto Blogger and create one site for free and give your own domain. :woohoo:

It is better to create web site by CMS that is Content management system.
You can learn joomla in one day and it is very easy as well. sipuebla
Just go to Google and search for how to learn joomla . I think you will get
