The National Capital Region has become notorious as the hotbed of all kinds of crimes.
The accused have been identified as Mohammad Quadir, Imran Salman and Aarim.

There were similarities in the names of those who were involved the crimes at Goa, Guharat and elsewhere too ..
It's quite possible that these criminals have made this country as their happy hunting ground.
"Women's Safety" is still a question mark all over the world. It is really a shameful act.
death is the minimum punishment which should get for these inhuman rapists. rape is the worse kind of cruelty a man can do to a woman. hang them and feed them to dogs...
It's a good idea to hand out the severest of punishment to the guilty.Unfortunately our legal system has not been up to this job as efficiently as it should have.
This is a very shameful act!!!! I recently heared of a news where.. teenagers raped an 90 years old lady.

Where is our society going??? This is very bad!
There are so many instances with similar incidence.. Why do men always take women for granted..!!!
Our record in this regard is indeed, shameful. This particular category of offences should be treated with unusal severity.

This type of crime may happen due to mental illness..it is really shameful.. :(
Day-by-day society is facing too many rape and harassing cases..irrespective of age of women.
Thats true Rajani..... These should be punished very severely and should look for ways to eradicate these type of incidents.
Hanging these criminals will never make them realise their mistakes. The laws must be strict enough so that they never commit the mistake again in their lifetime. :)

I agree with that you sajee really .. :( it is becoming a big problem day by day.
Those who have lived and live in the NCR are aware appalling state of law and order in these areas.Unfortunate the authrities seem to be in a slumber.
The authorities in Delhi are still indifferent to increasing events of rape and molestation of women in the capital. The recent case is very shameful. See the link:

I don't know who is to be blamed for all these crimes. It is very shocking to see these sort of crimes and atrocities against women and children.

Some time back, Delhi Lt. Governor Chhibar remarked that north Indians are proud of breaking law. He was severely criticized. But he was absolutely correct. The sorry state of affairs in Delhi is just because of utter disregard of law. There are so many traffic violations, assaults on women, other criminal activities just because people particularly North Indians are not only not ashamed but they are also proud of their gross misconduct.
It's very true.Breaking law comes so naturally to some people in the national capital that it's an international shame!
