Doubt regarding payment

Dear Moderator,

I got my payment today.. I was very thankful for this.. But I was paid Rs.50 less in the cheque, than the payment stated.

I do know that this deduction is for the courier charges. But I was paid through speed post(Indian Post). The charges mentioned in it is b]Rs.12/b] for the postage. May I know the deduction difference amount????

I think it's a standard deduction of Rs. 50 towards courier charges and if the actual amount spent was less than that it should be adjusted accordingly.Let Maverick clarify on this.

My payment too has been deducted with Rs. 50, guess that is the standard norm!! :(
