Can duplication of poll be detected?

Today i across two polls with the same question and same description but with different options. Either the author may be new or by mistake he submited the poll before completing it.

Can our poll system be made intelligent to detect the duplication of the poll?

I have given the links of the two polls below:

I am not sure what happened to the above polls. From what i have seen, if there is a repetition in the same poll (both having same question and options) due to some system error, those are rejected but are not removed from the list of polls. Rejection makes them disqualify for points/awards etc.
The second one was created due to the double click on save button. And is rejected.
Still then a manual interruption is required.Don't you think about an intelligent selection of polls?
Yes. We are working on it. This will be automated.
