Use of un, non and anti

The prefix non, anti and un often make words that appear to carrysame meaning. For example unsocial, non social and anti social. Similarly, the words- unlawful, illegal and non legal appear confusing.
I think that there is subtle difference. Non social is one who is not social. Unsocial is worse than simply non social. Anti social is one who is against society and is dangerous. similarly, unlawful means something against law and not permissible. Illegal is that strictly prohibited by law and punishable.
There may be similar other words made by using prefixes. We need to distinguish between un, in, non, anti etc. I hope others will continue this discussion.
