To do task slowly concentrating both on quantity and quality
is always beneficial.

Concentration or Focus itself is a key factor which will make quantity and quality go hand in hand.

I agree with all the replies but i just want to know that some tasks need fast reaction in such case going slowing can not complete the task in the stipulated time...though quatity and quality is not a matter..In such situation what is best option.
