She had kept it to send her boy friend. So I think it will have published in net soon. Now it came some what earlier which is the difference!
Dumb Woman.. If you have to take nude shots you must learn how to password protect a folder.
Yes.She took it and kept it open!Further the system shared!!America has such fools also??!!
It was stupid to call customer care for retrieving own nude pictures. She should have taken help of some close friends for that.
First of all Why to have naked pictures!! There is no other business. These Americans are funny creatures.
:) :)
Well it is true the lady is fool and has no other business ...HOwever it is her personal affair but keeping such an information on desktop is suspectable one..

most of them dont know anything about internet or common available softwares on the internet. They dont make an effort to search in the google for their problems.

I agree with Abid. This is a very small matter. Nobody outraged modesty of the woman. Her computer contained her naked pictures. Nobody took her nude snaps stealthily. This is not a case of immorality. This is not even theft as she lost nothing. This may not even be copyright violation. Nothing has been violated. When the woman was carrying her naked photos, it makes no difference who sees these first.
This is quite bad for Dell's reputation! How could a supervisor not pick up on what the technician Riyaz was doing all these months, when the calls are supposed to be recorded?

During his duty hours, he also was chatting with another woman in US using the company's resources. He should be sacked for this kind of behavior.

As to the woman having nude photos of her own is her own business, but the sequence of incidents that led to this news is quite foolish and hilarious at the same time!! People are such fools!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Kalyani,
You are right when looked from the side of company. But as Gulshan said there is no violation as she wished to spread it!
In a way that is true Abid, but we have to consider the matter of personal willingness too. All she wanted to do was send her boyfriend those photos and not to anyone else. This fellow from Mumbai put up those photos on a porno website without her knowledge. So it is unethical and when she trusted him only to retrieve those photos, he should have loyally stuck to the Confidentiality agreement that Dell has promised to its clients!

So it is not a simple matter of only stealing photos, but also has violated the company's confidentiality agreement, which I am sure the other clients also would not take lightly!
Girls got to be careful in this .COM world. Beware girls. Be cautious always.
i don't blame the guy here..the lady should have taken proper measure to secure her privacy.
Because of the social element of Internet one should be very careful. If the girl is careful nothing goes wrong. :(

As kalyani told it is not a simple matter of stealing photos and this should be considered.
