The constitution of India provides that there shall be no discrimination on gender basis. But we find that despite occupying high positions, the women face sexual assaults, rape, molestation unlike men. They are still considered weaker sex and given protection. Is there any justification for giving them more exemption in Income Tax. Is there any justification for giving them reservation in jobs? Is there justification for giving them reserved seats in Railway and buses. Why women should not face circumstances just like men. I hope all will give their views.
