Actress are getting overpaid!!!!!!!!!

To my mind the payment in question is decided by the market and its own logic. So your comment on it is subjective and the film market is guided by its own objective considerations.

The quantum of payment depends on producer/ diretor decision. The revenue realized from cine goers determines the payment to film actors/ actresses. The relative importance of the actress in making film and revenue realized determine the payment to actress. The film producers/ director cannot overpay. No employer deliberately overpays anyone.

What about actors? (males)

May be the actress are getting overpaid, it depends upon the producer, director and the other artists. May be some film can be a great hit because of the actress name in the cine world.

Some actress getting some Crores.Are they really doing that much work to get Crorers. People who are working hard unable to get that much amount. Please give your opinion.
