it is a very good initiative,better to send soft copy by mail rather than the print copy to save on expenses

If a member insists on hard copy and better quality, there is no harm in providing to him at an extra cost.

I think at least one certificate can be sent to a member in printed form.

the certificate looks really nice,however I feel the word "performance" is repeated and could be replaced in the second line...just a suggestion...the certificate design is looking great.
