IP address blocking continues.

Yesterday when I was commenting to a poll suddenly a message came and disappeared before I can read it.When I tried to comment again there came the message "Your IP address has been blocked"
Today after commenting some polls I typed a little bit long (30-35 characters)comment. Then a message came "are you spaming.Try after 30 seconds".So I didn't look at it for two minuts. Then again I tried to submit the comment. Then came "Your IP address has been blocked".

Actually what is the reason? Is there any limitation in number of characters in a comment?I had submitted comments greater than this. But hadn't any problem at all.Is there any restriction on number of comments per day?

Sorry the count of characters is 100 in the comment that I tried to put.I counted it in MS.Word now.
I also faced the same problem as Abid explained above. But i did not count the words. Is there any limitation on the no of comments posted?
I faced the problem first at home. Then I didn't count characters. But when the same occured at workplace I counted the characters. So this may be already faced by someone else also.
You should not comment continuously. You should leave at least one minute between each comment.
I have removed the blocked ip addresses. You can now post comments. Please do not paste excessive content from other places, leave at least 30 seconds between each post. Do not give more links in a comment.
In many poles there will be just a few lines to comment. But in the situation in which my IP blocked I was typing the comment for about one minut. Then how it occured is really annoying.
It is just a software and does not know anything but the numbers. I don't why that happened. Anyway, I hope you do not face this issue in future.
