West Bengal Train Accident - Mamta What you Say??

@Kumaresh, I just read about this in the papers!! It is indeed a very horrifying incident. Also it makes me wonder about the lack of safety procedures and lack of responsibility of railway authorities.

At the time the Bhagalpur-Ranchi Vananchal Express was hit from behind by the speeding Sealdah-bound Uttarbanga Express at Sainthia station, how come the Uttarbanga Express's speed was not 20 km/hr which is the standard norm for any train entering a railway station. And the fact that it was allowed to enter the same platform that the Vananchal express was standing confirms that the Railway authorities are deeply in sleep. All the concerned people should be kicked out of their jobs!! :angry: :angry: :angry:

I agree. The biggest human error in railways is Mamata. I fear what will be fate of West Bengal if she manages to be the chief Minister by befooling people there.

There is acute shortage of security and safety related staff and equipment in railways. Mamata banerjee is very indifferent to her assignment. Her sole mission is to grab power in West Bengal and enter Writers Building.

The Centre should remove her from Ministry of Railway and if it is at all necessary to burden the exchequer, let her be minister without portfolio.

During Mamta period train accident has increase...i dont comment whether she is responsible or not but she has to take some important step now.

Neetu jain- i agree most of the ministers in the current UPA government are good for nothing fellows and they are simply a useless burden on exchequer.

It is nothing for banerjee. She needs more life.
She is taking interest in developing his party in WB state.

It is always a big failure as indian government is very backward in implementing proper emergency handling system..Mamta i one of the part of the government...

Politics is always a drama.Mamata is now on the dream of CM position of West Bengal.At the same time to decline her popularity there may be a thoughtful action from political rivals.Can this accident be such one?

I am not favouring Mamatha.The Anti colliding system is to be implemented immediately to lower the accidents.But remember that accidents are not according to the minister who is in power.They happen accidently.

Abid rightly commented that accidents happen accidentally and not according to Minister in Power. But mamata belies otherwise. she says accidents occur according to her rival- the C.P.M. Let us realize that Mamata is an anarchist and a collaborator with the Maoists. Sooner this is understood, the better for all.

railway department has the responsibility to take sufficient steps to ensure the safety of passengers.
