Look at this picture.

This picture is not animated.your eyes are making it move.
Do you want to test it :
Stare at one spot for a couple of seconds and everything will stop moving and also look at the black center of circle it will stop moving.Move your eyes to the next black circle and the previous will move after you take your eyes away from it.

This is a type of illusion, i have already seen it, many pictures are there. will post them if i come across.
