My query is as follows:

If I have sold two properties and invested the sale consideration of both properties in buying a single property, can I get capital gain exemption on both the properties?

Jayen- Please intimate date of purchase and date of sale of the properties. There is different treatment for long term and short term properties. Also whether the properties are commercial or residential. If you wish, you may send me PM. I shall study your issue and reply through PM.
