I want to know how the top voter is paid

1)On basis of maximum he votes

2)Or on receiving maximum votes.

Top voter of the day is decided on the basis of the maximum number of votes you do in a day and that also in accordance to server timings which is given in the left bottom corner of the site.

I think it is selected by automatically.So no need to worry the number of votes cast.
