On relying to certain topics there comes "points not assigned due to too short....".No problem,but will they count in number of posts?

It will come when your post contain not enough characters.

Yes article should be written in proper way and in detail to get proper cash credits.

Number of posts??? For any post, you will get constant points. So for 100 replies you will get 200 points. Similarly say for 10 topics initiated you will get 30 points.
