Infosys gives free shares for the employees !!!

Infosys is planning to give free shares for its employees to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Each employee will get minimum 5 shares.They also one get incremental share for each year of their service in Infosys. For example a person working for the past 5 years in infosys will get 5 + 5 (10) shares.

Giving shares at concessional rate to employees is an old practice. But free shares is something innovative. any way this is a good gesture to employees.
