The biologists have come across an intersting find while studying the genetic profile of Tibetans who live 13000 feet above the sea level but amazingly they don't suffer from mountain sicknes despite the fact they the air breathe has 40 0% less oxygen.They have noted mutation in as many as 30 genes.

The locals at any place are acclimatized and are at ease with the climate of the place they live in. The Ladakhis and Kashmiris live in extreme cold and far above sea level.

They tend to get conditioned by long exposure to these situations which basically supports this mutation concept.
