Should the questions posted on polls be reviewed?

Hello Moderator,
I saw the following question posted on polls:

"do u agree...IN MY VIEW......every women is prostiture[ prostitute means who do sexual act against their willing,....same thing happen in our home.. most time our partner not willing mentally but agree to do"

I think this question badly predicts women.Should these questions be allowed?
You have limited the no of polls posted to 5 for improving is quality.But how can you avoid these type of questions?
