This is my posting has rejected and the reason was that I had no selected any section so can I edit and submit again?

Of-course you can. Please send an email to Support stating the reason for rejection and the corrections you made.

Well mistake are meant to be corrected.

So edit the article and send support people a message.
If your article is genuine then your article will get approved with due cash credit and points.

I jus edit it on my own and add a category and save it again. will it published now?
