Moderator bonus - Suggestions required

Hi All,

Moderators are the strength to any website who can drive the website in right goal by sharing the tasks of the website. It is also true for boddunan.

So boddunan is going to share part of its revenue to the moderators as a matter of small appreciation towards their efforts. The total revenue share is 10%.

However, it is the fact that no person can perform equivalent to other person. I would like to request you to share your views on revenue sharing strategy so that it would be transparent to everyone.

Why only moderator , Editors are also doing hard work so why they are being ignored for this bonus.

I have a doubt, I want to know, that if this 10% is shared by all moderators or 10% to each...
And Will the moderators get extra 10% in addition to their gain in boddunan revenue sharing program?

Editors are also given benefits known to be Editor Bonus, so don't worry you will also be awarded at the end of the month on the basis of the articles reviewed by you.

Really it is needy.Moderators should get some bonus like editors.If it is revenue sharing it is very well.But I think it will not affect the revenue share that already runs.

Definitely moderators should be rewarded. They are also spending so much of their time and effort in maintaining the quality of the website.

I think disturbance for current revenue system will not good boddunan need to pay by his work by special bonus for him every month.

Thats a very good suggestion Maverick. Definitely, Moderators should be rewarded. This can be based on the work they do.

Just to clarify things, this 10% revenue share is different from the BRP currently running.

I was thinking that 10 % revenue share will adjusted with 25% share of members.

I want to give you my guess answer Aastha. I think you all will get from 10%. means 10% will distribute among you all not for 10% to all..

10% of total revenue may be distributed among all the moderators.. How is it possible to give 10% to each.. Because the total revenue will be only sufficient to give to 10 moderators...
