Not able to view private messages...help needed

dear moderator,

Please give me details where to view private messages...REcently i got a private message which is not shown in the message list but when i went to profile page of the person, i saw the list of his send messages and found that he has send a message to me..so i had to read there??? Is there any problem..I am using firefox as advanced by you..

Hello Rajini,

To your left you will find My Account click on it and go to Email you can see all your mails.

Thanks for the suggestion. I know that but it was not working which is now working..I think it is rectified or the problem is solve..
