Repetition of Polls-Boddunan

I notice that the same polls are repeated sometimes . It may not be the poller's mistake as he may not view the list of available polls before posting a poll as there too many. But, if this is the case there is a high possibility that everyone would simply intentionally post existing polls and get away with it,don't you think?
