Presently, 2000 points is the minimum threshold for revenue earning. Thereafter every additional 2000 points give one more share.
While minimum 2000 points for entitlement to revenue sharing is okay, I think getting further 2000 points for extra share is too strict. One may get as much as 3900 points but he will get only one revenue share.
I suggest that while retaining the minimum threshold of 2000 points, additional share be given for every 1000 points.
If suggestion is accepted, the shares will be like:
Less than 2000 points Nil
2000- 2999 points two shares
3000- 3999 points three shares
4000- 4999 points four shares.
The revenue share could be distributed on above formula. this will be more equitable. More members will be encouraged to perform after achieving minimum threshold.
