Today is observed as Anti Tobacco Day throughout the world.This was created by World Health Organization (WHO) in the year 1987.

I don't know this!!! Thanks for sharing here. In India Tobacco is used much. It should be reduced.

Good reminder of this day.India is one of the victims of rampant use of tobacco.And the scenario has not improved much on this count.

Still our people are not aware of it.One of my worker had lost 60% of his stomach due to cancer.Yesterday I saw him still smoking!!!!

While tobacco consumption is decreasing in developed countries as a result of effective health promotion supported by appropriate legislation and regulations, the developing countries are registering increases in tobacco consumption.
