Rathod's Punishment - Too Little and Too Late!

As you know this gentleman who was ex-DIG of Haryana,was involved in a heinous crime which was euphemistically described as sexual molestation.His bestial lust cost a teenage life with a bright future in sports.He just 18 months' imprisonment! What do you think?

It is very less. Due to the high pressures, judgment came late. In this main credit goes to her friend Aaradhana. We should hang those type of criminals.

That's grossly unfair... the poor girl who must have held so many promises from her life had to end it miserably while this beast got away with such a measly punishment!!! :angry:

The judgements in Indian court are never fair. It is always unfair at its decisions. He should be prisoned for at least 10 yrs with a heavy fine so that every criminal should take a lesson from him.

Initially he was given six month's punishment and subsequently when public pressure grew the court raised it to 18 months!!

The punishment is too less. As Rathod was in position of authority that he misused, and molested a girl that was daughter like, he deserves maximum punishment. He ought to be imprisoned at least for ten years.

He almost succeeded in getting away with even this but for the popular pressure.It does not speak well of our judiciary.

Any punishment cant bring that little girl back, but court should have made an impression that the verdict is done rightly at right time and in right quantity.

It's true that any punishment won't bring her back but we need to ensure that no other person ever meets this kind of cruel fate by giving exemplary punishment to the brute who perpetrated such a heinous crime.

He should be given some punishment which will be a good lesson for people who are in high positions. As they think with money they can do any crimes and come out of it... :angry:
