I am unable to find the pop up.Where it is available?

You will get it if you receive an email.

I did not find any option to send mails to any members.
can you make it clear please?

Click on the INBOX link available under the Collaborate drop down menu. Click compose. Type the name of the user. It will suggest you the user names while you are typing.

Now type the content and send the mail. When you receive any email, it will be available under the Inbox tab. You will be notified in the small box located on the left side.

Thanks for providing this wonderful opportunity. Now it is easier to communicate.
when will the boddunan offers revenue sharing?

This thing will help in communication and will speed up the help process if done in a positive setting.
