Communities in orkut is also having good forum. If any one asks about some topic there, can i post the article link of boddunan and can i submit it to webslinks?

You can do that. Please do not forget to give brief and precise info about article otherwise it may rejected.

i think it is against guidelines...

because according to the guidelines , weblinks should be viewable without logging in to any site..

to see orkut pages .. signing in is required ..

rule is a rule always ...

am i right maverick ?

Probably the discussions do not require login. If the link submitted require login to view it, it is not correct one.
