Homoeopathy- a medicine system or withcraft

The British medical association has termed Homeopathy as a witchcraft and black magic. It may be recalled that Homeopathy system was developed in Germany and is widely practiced medical system. There are many diseases especially skin, that are best cured by this system.

We need a coordination between practitioners of different medical system and not a confrontation. Te Government of India is developing and helping all sorts of medical systems including ayurveda, siddha and Yunani.

It goes without saying that the attitude of British Medical association is grossly unfair and not in interest of people.

This is a very ridiculous stand taken by the Brits! Homeopathy is in fact a very scientific and refined branch of medicine which aims not just to cure a disease but also help prevent the disease from recurring in long-term.

It is as best as ayurvedic or yunani medicine! I think they should rethink their policy and take a wise decision! Terming it as black magic and witchcraft is akin to extreme childishness and immaturity!

I think it is a branch of medical science as important as Homeopathy.I am using it since my 6th month.My children also use the same.

I feel British Medical Association need mental checkup..

What a ridiculous and immature stand by them..

It is very scientific and proved way of treating the diseases .

Have Allopathic companies played some role in this decision because of the increased popularity of Homeopathy worldwide?

I personally have seen many cures from Homeopathy... This cannot be thrown away!!!! Hope British Medical Association are not able to digest the fine, simple and cheap form of medication... :laugh: :lol:

It is ridiculous to comment like that on a medicical system which is now accept through the world..I what way they can prove this thing when people are getting relief from diseases which dont have alopathy treatment...

Jayen- I agree that the critics of Homeopathy are not right. However, this is unfair to say the 'whites' are out of their mind. Homeopathy also originates for Germany, a European country inhabited by 'whites'. This is not a racist issue.

I think the association of Homoepathy doctors (if such an organization does exist) should unite together and demand an explanation from the British Medical Association. There should be a healthy exchange of views on why the British Medical Association has criticised this thread of medicine!

And one more, calling them "whites" is not a prudent thing to do!

Yes Gulshan,you are absolutely correct the issue here is something else- the ignorance on the part of some members of the medical fraternity of Great Britain who are out to rubbish the efficacy of this well-established branch of medical treatment.

We are using homeopathy medicine from many years. It is very safe way of medication.. I wonder what made them to make this silly conclusion..

The British Association knows neither Homeopathy nor witchcraft. They have given such baseless statement only out of sheer desperation. They are afraid of alternate systems of medicines. We need to use all schools of medical thought in a coordinated way for benefit of humanity.

I know some of Allopaths who admit, although in private, that administration of certain allopathic drugs while curing an exsting ailment, creates conditions for a few more!!

For any treatment or system the arguements exists and this is due the both failure and success cases..Completely success cases are possible so as completely failure cases as some diseases needed advancements and some may not...The thinking should be changed that Homoeopathi is absurd as there are some cases which proved to be miracle due to this medicine.. :)

Yes even i have many friends who have been benefited from homoeopathy medicine so it is mindless to call it a witchcraft.....
