BCCI had issued a notice demanding explanation for their bad behaviour to six players. The players are Yuvraj singh,Zaheer khan,Nehra,Rohit sharma,Ravindra jadeja and Piyush chawla.
It seems these players went to a bar in W.Indies after a match and had quarrel with some fan there. BCCI had given a time of 1 week for their explanation.

Now,

1. What kind of action BCCI will take?
2. If you are in BCCI's position, what action will you take?

I think if guilty found than some days ban can be for all involved player. And some fine may BCCI charge.
This is a normal misdemeanor. The players should be given a stern warning not to mix up with people too much during games. They must not indulge in discussions with spectators or fans.
Enjoyment is part of life but Players should take care during game. They should keep restricting himself.
If i am in that position, i will give warning to them. And i start some rules.

They need to enjoy but they should not neglect the match
In my opinion, these players should be fined for their misdemeanor. Mere warnings would not work!
BCCI issued notice to the players..
but I feel no action will be taken against them..
They will be given mere warning.."Be careful in future" :)
That is the way BCCI works mostly(?)..
BCCI is trying to escape their responsibilities. Every time has to follow the managerial instructions, but BCCI has failured to manage the team.

As well as players has not maintained the self discipline and committed to enjoy either win or loss the match.

Every one must feel self responsibility.
I don't think BCCI is serious about enforcing discipline amongst the players.Let it improve its own record in this regard.
